Shipping rates

For a limited time during our launch, all orders qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.), with no minimum purchase. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and international destinations are excluded.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses is calculated at checkout. International shipping is calculated at checkout for destinations available in our store. These destinations do not qualify for the contiguous-U.S. free-shipping offer.

In-stock processing

In-stock items are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time. Holidays and promotions may affect timing, and we will notify you of major delays.

Preorders

The You Got It Girl Vegan Leather Moto Jacket is a one-time preorder purchase, not a subscription. Full payment is collected once at checkout. The preorder item ships October 25, 2026. This is the ship date, not the delivery date.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the items ship separately. In-stock items ship after the normal 3–5 business-day processing period; the preorder item ships October 25, 2026.

Preorders cannot be canceled for a change of mind. Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged after delivery under our 7-day return policy. Please review product details and sizing before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery as described in our return and refund policy.

Delivery and tracking

You will receive tracking information when each shipment is sent. Delivery time depends on the carrier service and destination. International shipments may experience customs delays; customers are responsible for applicable customs duties and taxes.

If your package is lost or stolen, contact the carrier and email us for assistance. Sprinklelicious cannot replace lost or stolen packages free of charge.
